U nebankovn\u00edch bez\u00fa\u010delov\u00fdch hypot\u00e9k je tento krok vy\u017eadov\u00e1n pouze u zsatavovan\u00e9 nemovitosti. \u017d\u00e1dost o hypot\u00e9ku Bankovn\u00ed \u00fastavy v\u017edy zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed va\u0161e finan\u010dn\u00ed pom\u011bry, krom\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e p\u0159\u00edjmu zji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed i va\u0161e v\u00fddaje, tzn. platby v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00e9ho na d\u011bti, platby poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u00fav\u011brov\u00e9 smlouvy, leasingov\u00e9 smlouvy, v\u00fd\u0161e bankovn\u00edch kont, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b nemovit\u00e9ho majetku. V \u017e\u00e1dosti o \u00fav\u011br se sestavuje doba jeho fixace, mo\u017enost p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9 \u00fahrady \u00fav\u011bru, d\u00e9lka spl\u00e1cen\u00ed a v\u00fd\u0161e m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch spl\u00e1tek. Banky rovn\u011b\u017e zaj\u00edm\u00e1 va\u0161e platebn\u00ed bilance, zda nem\u00e1te z\u00e1znam v n\u011bkter\u00e9m z registr\u016f dlu\u017en\u00edk\u016f. \u010castokr\u00e1t i nepatrn\u00fd h\u0159\u00edch z minulosti celou situaci komplikuje. V\u011bt\u0161ina nebankovn\u00edch subjekt\u016f do registr\u016f nenahl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed a nezaj\u00edmaj\u00ed je ani va\u0161e p\u0159\u00edjmy a v\u00fddaje.
